In 1584, Japan witnessed the birth of Miyamoto Musashi, a samurai who remained undefeated in over 60 duels.
He is widely regarded as one of the greatest swordsmen in Japanese history,
and his teachings on swordsmanship and strategy are still studied and practiced today.
Musashi’s life exemplified adaptability, self-resilience, and integrity-traits that nowadays many might call Sigma male traits.
Sigma male is commonly used term to describe individuals who are seen as independent, non-conformist, and self-disciplined.
In this video, we’ll explore some of Musashi’s teachings and sigma male traits,
and how it can be utilized as a tool for navigating life’s challenges.

Never felt so much understood by a video 🙏🏽 I don‘t mean that in a way, seeing myself in any category like Musashi - but the way he lived. Find your own path and don‘t rely on things on the outside. Combined with discipline, it opened up a world of fullfillment ❤️ thanks again for such a beautiful video 🙌🏼

Great video. I know this is about sigma males, but it would be helpful if you expanded your discussion to include females.
