FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO DISCERN MATTERS THAT SEAM IMPOSSIBLE 1. Be Prayerful: Effective discernment begins with prayer. 2. Be in a conducive environment to discern: You will not discern successfully in a distractive environment. 3.Cultivate Inner Stillness: Quieten your spirit, calm your mind and be still. The answer you are looking for will be found from within. 4. Pay attention to your intuition and set aside personal concerns. 5.Leave the information that has been revealed at the center of your thoughts and attempt to deepen your understanding beyond surface-level thoughts. 6.Inquire from the Holy Spirit for His take on the issue. 7.Whatever you hear which comes spontaneously, which comes to your intuition, which is a knowing that grew from nothing could be the Lords speaking.
