You are wonderful. I listened to your videos on a loop. Within 10 weeks I - 1. Manifested my SP 2. Decided that he wasn’t right for me 3. Manifested a new SP out of thin air (*someone I knew previously but hadn’t spoken to in 10 years) 4. Got married Mental diet is EVERYTHING. Self Concept is EVERYTHING. I’ve never been happier!

@@maureen_momo I’m still in shock Maureen! I’m sitting here looking at him now (while vacationing in NY). The key is to be ready and to accept what comes!! It can be super scary when things seemingly drop out of the sky all of a sudden! I had to be talked off the ledge a few times girl. 😅

@@radiostacjahortensja5555 hi @Radiostacja. Mental diet is easy in concept. But, it does require quite a bit of discipline (as the mind has been allowed to wander about without our checking in on it or offering guidance for much of our lives). How I use mental diet is to set my intention (whatever it may be) and stay mindful of my thoughts so that I think only about my desired outcome. I allow my mind to imagine the joy I will feel when my desire becomes part of my reality. When I notice my mind wandering off (and it will), I gently bring my mind back. Eventually, I will begin to naturally and automatically think positively about my desire. Then, my mind will imprint these thoughts on to my subconscious and the desire eventually hardens into reality. I hope this helps!

1. Toss every negative thought abt them and relationship 2. Revise all fights - put a story in Ur head he is back soon 3. Put yourself on the top 4. Affirm that u are in happy relationship together, before sleep and during the day 5. Visualise u both together in daily situations 6. Ignore 3D world. Live Ur fantasy 7. Enjoy life - joy attract abbandunce 8. Stop googling "how to get my ex back" as u have them back already 9. Presist in a new story, don't contact them, 3D will catch up with Ur imagination, if u believe they love u they have no choice but to do so.

Update… he came back for a brief time. It took a lot of energy on my part to bring him back into my consciousness. But, he was still the same and dealing with a karmic partner who was siphoning all his energy. So, he told me he was going to therapy to be with her. They were attending couples therapy. Good ! It’s not my karma to deal with. Yes, I cried when he told me this. I suffered an ego death. I told him not to contact me anymore. He got upset. I mean if you’re getting back together with you karmic wife, why are you bothering me? This was 4 months ago. Be careful who you bring back… it’s kinda like bringing back a dead corpse. They are just a zombie sometimes

I agree. I have been looking for law of assumption/affirmation ASMR content.. I have found a few that are good but I'm not sure they actually believe in law of assumption themselves or if it is an act. I think there is such a need for it. When I listen to asmr my body and mind is in a trance.. this combined with affirmations would be magical.

@@alexandrauscat6110 Welp... She messaged me 2 months ago but after trying initiate a conversation back with her, she left me on seen. For a few days I started overthinking terribly once more and after a few days, I blocked her everywhere. Coincidence or not, a girl that I've had a sympathy for ever since kindergarten started messaging me exactly before I blocked my crush. In these 2 months I got to know this girl better and it turned out we're so similar in so many aspects. It's like we read each other's minds, and we also share so many common goals and subjects. Oh and I managed to get her passionate about Star Wars. I've been a huge fan for 15 years and I got her into SW as well. She's also more communicative with me than my SP. I let my SP go today after a very odd 4+ years. We had a talk for a few hours just tonight and cried lots..things have been very complicated, we weren't technically together but def love eachother. Today I work on SC and well, when you love someone let them go, if they come back to you it was meant to be. I feel like putting work into myself and my SC needs to be a priority at this point in my life. I know we are meant to be together it's just factual and it will turn around fast because *I* said and know so. It was just messing with my head terribly but.... "everything in my life is perfect" so any minute and now, things will fall into place. I learned that just letting go even if it hurts will really just help you in the end. You can still have it all and will have it all. The anxiety just isnt worth it sometimes when you really just need youself right now.
