An adjustment would have helped for Franco also for the runny nose and fever 😊 I been taking my 4 year old to chiro since NB and I take her for everything ear infection, runny nose, cough etc. it's so great for babies/kids

As someone who dabbles in content creation for fun, it’s a lot of work so doing it around a family is hard because it’s alot of little details but of course there are way harder jobs that makes content creators look like they’re just doing nothing and collecting checks. Everyone is in their own path! BUT the “try being an influencer for a day” reference and Blanca cracking up in the back had me dying!!!!

Love this for yall! Birth is so traumatic for babies & moms, I took my daughter within the first week of her life and we always go as a family to get adjusted. She is now two and has never had constipation issues or anything. Plus I got adjusted while pregnant with her & now with my son and literally the day I got my last adjustment at night I went into labor lol. I always recommend chiro adjustments to everyone! Especially after giving birth and being a mom lol

Try looking into Keto. It focuses on protein and healthy fat. No carbs ….. When in Ketosis you gain Clarity and not fatigue , inflammation goes away, and your able to loose weight or maintain muscles . Look into it! For running I use Brooks from a running store I bought here in Tampa , FL. My legs or calves since using them don’t hurt me no more not sure if they have the Brooks for men but I would look into it ! You guys are amazing parents and killing it! Keep it up! God Bless your growing Family!

My husband and I are Jonathan’s lol we are teaching our boys everything from mechanics to construction to cleaning inside laundry dishes etc. I want to raise capable men not dependent on a female.
