Ashley, I just want to let you know something I recently learned. The type of language involving phrases like “it’s giving”, “Yaaaaaas”, “Yas queen”, etc… that is all from underground gay night clubs and drag culture. Love you and wanted to educate you the way I was educated. It is a way of speaking which glorifies a sinful and evil lifestyle. Not saying we don’t love the people, of course we do, and we pray for them, but we hate the sin and are supposed to not only repent but also abstain from the appearance of evil and darkness and not mislead anyone. Ashley I came across your channel going on about 3 or 4 weeks ago and somehow in that time it feels like I've been following you for a lot longer than that. I just wanted to say that you've been inspiring me so much and God has been showing me a lot through how you've been living your life, with probably the most prevalent been learning how to be a proverbs 31 woman and living my life according to how she lived her life. I've been following God now for most of my life but mostly since 2015 since I met my college ministry. But since I graduated, I've gone back and forth between being really on fire for God and feeling like I'm so lukewarm I'm basically tap water. But you've been inspiring me so much and I'm so greatful. I wanted to share with you something that God taught me just a couple minutes ago. Long story short, my father hurt his back a couple days ago and hasn't been able to do much since. He is very prone to laying in bed and not doing much even though our home life doesn't really have the environment that allows that. My mother told him today that "moving around would make him feel better (paraphrased)" and as I got to thinking about it, I was reminded of what you said in a video I had just watched an hour or so earlier about doing something before you want to do it. In that, God showed me that if he were to stay in bed and not move his back, his back will seize up and he'll become stiff and sore and he won't want to move later on when he has to. The same applies to us as Christians. The more we move and exercise our relationship with God, the less stiff and sore we are in the aftermath. I wanted to share this with you because I thought you would really enjoy that lesson and somehow God might use the same lesson for you.
