- Bake at 180℃ for 10 minutes

@@RIA-rm6yq ya brownies don’t require baking powder. Baking powder is for cakes. It helps them rise but it also makes them cakey and fluffy and this “Fondant Au Chocolat” is kind of like a brownie and doesn’t require baking powder.

So... for anyone wondering about making this recipe, I tried it and it's really good, rich in dark chocolate, not sweet, and yummy gewy on the inside, don't have access to cake flour so did the flour cornstarch mix.

@@makenziedoestaxes since making this comment my mum did actually buy a large block of chocolate that was like triple the size of the one in this video but it was like pure dark chocolate and did not taste good by itself. It did make good hot chocolate but it was such a pain to cut it up, not worth it.

It’s really yummy thanks for the vid. And for anyone that’s wondering, I did mine as gluten and lactose free. I had to switch the chocolate, butter and flour however, I used the same recipe and it turned out great. It did take me twice the time in the oven though so don’t panic and think that you failed.

They enjoyed a peaceful asmr. There are some really great sounds in this video. My favourite are those chocolate chopping and when he clinked the whisker on the glass pot after whisking the eggs.

It’s so appetizing when you cut the chocolate and crunch it.The sounds makes the food a better taste and looks so good!I am so shocked you did not just make it normally but makes it more appetizing to eat.And also I feel pity in you because I am not a famous you tuber but my short videos takes so much time to edit.Hopefully I grow as much KZfaq’s as you or maybe lesser because I don’t need a lot of subscribers, and I just want to make my viewers happy.

Disclaimer: I was trying to make it and when I bought dark chocolates and started the first step to cut it,, I cannot control myself and I ate those chocolates and then drank milk and then I shaked my stomach and it might had become cake inside till now. 😂😂😂 Through this I came to know that I am soo impatient 😁😂😂 Edit:: omg I forgot eggs!! 😂😂😆

You can buy a kitchen scale. (^^) They don't cost much, around $10-13 if you go for the cheap ones. I bought mine on amazon and it's been working well even though it was 12 bucks. It saves you from the frustration and miscalculated measurements.

Practise makes perfect. I bake loads because I enjoy it. I've been doing it for about 10 years and once you get the hang of it, it's easy. You just need to follow instructions and also know what reactions are going to happen when you bake. E.g. If you bake a cake, use a taller tin as the cake will rise. The work is worth it.
