Fondant vs Gumpaste: What is the Difference?

Have you ever wondered what the difference between Fondant and Gumpaste? How do I know when to use which and does it really even matter? Identifying the difference and knowing when to use each is one of the most important steps when working with both. Using the wrong product can be disastrous and in this video I want to clarify when to use and for what.

Don't use Satin Ice! Use Saricino or make your own with a marshmallows with a 1lb of wiltons fondant and you'll have the best worry-free fondant ever.
