La Fonderia Taroni, fondata nel 1974, vanta un'affermata tradizione nella fusione di leghe di alluminio in conchiglia a gravità. Negli anni l'azienda ha sviluppato un elevato know-how nella produzione di particolari in alluminio, supportato dalla propensione all'innovazione tecnologica. L'attenzione per la qualità è testimoniata dalla serie di prassi rivolte alla gestione delle risorse umane e delle performance aziendali. Prova di questo è la certificazione del Sistema Qualità effettuata da DNV in base alla norma EN UNI ISO 9001:2008. Forti sono stati gli investimenti in tecnologie come l'impianto di colata automatica dotata di due robot antropomorfi e l'isola automatizzata di sbavaturain grado di apportare vantaggi anche per la sicurezza lavorativa. Ad accrescere il valore del prodotto finale concorre anche la progettazione del prodotto, infatti l'azienda progetta lo stampo in 3D assieme al cliente, e monitora costantemente la fase di realizzazione esterna. La qualità del prodotto è garantita dal laboratorio di analisi dotato di spettrometro, macchina RX, bilancia per densità e macchina di trazione per le prove di tenacità della lega.
Taroni foundry, founded in 1974, boasts an accomplished tradition in aluminium die gravity casting. During the years, this company has been developing a high know-how in the production of aluminium components thanks to a particular inclination to technological innovation. The attention given to quality is proved by the series of procedures aimed at improving both human resources and business management. A further evidence of this is also given by the Quality System certification done by DNV according to the norm EN UNI ISO 9001:2008. We made several investments in technologies such as the automatic casting plant -- provided with two anthropomorphous robots -- and the computerized burr machine, which also represents an advantage for occupational safety. Besides, we also internally follow the 3D design of the mold together with the customer, and constantly supervise the external manufacturing. The quality of the product is guaranteed by our analysis lab, which is provided with a spectrometer, an x-ray machine, a density scale, and a traction machine to test the endurance of the alloys.
