(They Damaged the cable or they forgot to remove static charge from their hand) Happy with Qualcomm Snapdragon - tsmc - Android devices Better to avoid apple... Paying huge amount for limited hardware, feature, customization & also for poor iplant service... Apple should bring official stores in capital places of all states.
