@@msms6239 ഞാൻ ragi നന്നായി കഴുകി രാത്രി മുഴുവൻ വെള്ളത്തിൽ soak ചെയ്തു അടുത്ത ദിവസം വെള്ളം ഊറ്റി നല്ലൊരു കോട്ടൺ തുണിയിൽ ഇട്ടു നന്നായി വെള്ളം പിഴിഞ്ഞ് കളഞ്ഞു നന്നായി കെട്ടി കാസറോളിൽ 32 മണിക്കൂർ വച്ചപ്പോൾ മുളച്ചു. ശേഷം ഫാനിന്റെ അടിയിൽ 5 hrs ഉണക്കി ( ഇവിടെ വെയിൽ കിട്ടില്ല ) ശേഷം ഒരു പാനിൽ 8 minute ചെറു ചൂടിൽ fry ചെയ്തു 500 gms നു 10 ബദാം ചേർത്ത് 2 minutes കൂടി ചൂടാക്കി തണുപ്പിച്ചു പൊടിച്ചു അരിച്ചു എടുത്തു. ഇതാണ് 1st കുറുക്കി കൊടുത്തത്

10 month മുതൽ ഒക്കെ ഏറെക്കുറെ നമുക്കൊപ്പം നമ്മൾ കഴിക്കുന്ന ആഹാരം തന്നെ ആണ് കുഞ്ഞിനേം കഴിക്കാൻ ശീലിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ഫാമിലി pot രീതി. അപ്പോൾ നമ്മൾ അതിൽ ആൾറെഡി ഇടുന്ന സാധാരണ നിലയിലുള്ള ഉപ്പു കുഞ്ഞും കഴിക്കും. അധികം ആകാതെ ഇരുന്നാൽ മതി

It is advisable not to give too much sugar. We can add jaggery to food. Kidneys of infants under one year is not well developed. That's why we are restricting salt as well

Salt can damage kidneys. Sugar can cause tooth decay. But you can give sugar after 1 year.
