Wow! That is an excellent meal in one pot, Gentlemen. Love the fact that you used coconut oil. Being from the state of Kerala, love coconut in all forms. But for a while in the 90s maybe it got such a bad rap that I stopped using it. But I am glad its back with a vengeance again. What our grand and great grands used in cooking was the most natural and nutritious ingredients. Time to go back to the originals. Thank you guys 🙏

Hi doctor Nene I always enjoy all your videos the dish looks delicious I’m from Trinidad 🇹🇹 one of the Caribbean country and we also use all of the spices from India when I visited India I bought a lot of the spices I used them everyday and I also use coconut oil because my husband is a heart patient to you and your family stay safe bye.

Hello Dr. Nene It’s 4:30 pm here in Texas and I’m just watching you talking about Acid Reflux Well I was taking meds for quite a long time and my doctor was changing the meds all the time as it works for some time and it doesn’t seem to help anymore, then they schedule me for an Endoscopy Tuesday 17th August and I was given an anti reflux diet to follow My heart burn is terrible and suffered everyday the pain is terrible. Thank you for teaching people who are suffering from this illness I am also a fan of your beautiful wife Madhuri and my two daughters are also fans we watch all her movies, I’m 71 years old and when I’m feeling down I just watch her movies and I get back to normal Well thank you for your great tips Stay safe and keep safe 😆😆🌹♥️❤️
