This has been my amazement as to how eating immediately quenches the flow of the Spirit..As soon as the body begins to digest,and the cellular level combustion begin,there comes a disconnection as the body switches to wanting to be in sleep mode..

Is it hard for you? How many times a day do you eat? 🤔 I understand how painful hunger can be, but fasting is one of the strongest necessities for the enrichment of your spiritual life. If you want to get used to fasting, start by skipping a meal. Then by skipping 2 meals. Then by skipping all the meals of a day.
