Today I want to reveal for you all the benefits of dandelion. It is a delicious food and highly effective medicine that helps people improve their health. First of all, it helps brain activity. When people work a lot at the computer, vision deteriorates, tinnitus may appear, neck diseases, for example, osteochondrosis - dandelion helps - it thins the blood. The flow of blood goes to the head and the blood supply to the brain improves, so that a person becomes smarter. I always joke :) But, to be honest, dandelion definitely helps to improve health. Dandelion is delicious. There are many recipes for how to cook it. For example, you can make a salad. But in any recipe there is always a secret that makes your cooking art grow. I'll tell it to you.
Today I want us to cook and eat Jiao Tzu together. Russian name for dumplings. I'll tell you how to cook them.
Step 1. Look.
Finely chop the dandelion leaves. The smaller the better. Only by hand chopping with a knife you get the most delicious food. Do not cook in a meat grinder or vegetable cutter. These are very good dandelion leaves that grow in Ukraine. Because Ukraine is located in a fertile place - not quite rocky, not swampy. In Ukraine, black soil.
