“Food Safety in Wisconsin: Licensing for Your Mobile Food Business,” is a recording of a Zoom webinar which took place on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 2:00PM CST. Extension Educator Lissa Radke and Licensing Specialist Nichole Abbott discussed the process of getting your Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) license to operate a mobile food business. This workshop was relevant for anyone who wants to serve food at a farmers market, festival, or food truck site.
