In 2:30 the staff used same towel for all ice cream cans. That consider as source of contamination.

Recommending long sleeve uniforms to lessen risk of contamination from the arms. Also, the scoop style is not very efficient. There are excellent automated fillers and lidding machines that should be invested in to boost efficiency and innovation.

This is EXACTLY the job I want but I’m going to be getting my master’s in food science, not microbiology. (In a few years from now so I need guidance) Do I need another degree like micro or can I do this job solely with a food science degree? Thanks.
