of all the pinoy restos in JOyce, I prefer PLato Filipino. They have good rapport to customers. In one of the Turo-Turo style you featured, their crew / servers doesn't even smile.

@k.i. 1700 Thanks for watching! The crispy fried chicken at Max's Restaurant is ordered Half or Whole. It's definitely different from other Fried chickens in Vancouver. Give it a try !
