I can from experience I had A Stroke in April 2022 Heart surgery 2022 CoviD December 2022 I never even weighed 200 pounds it's about The Unhealthy eating also I spent almost 11 months in The Hospital/Nursing Home/Rehab nothing being able to walk at All for like five months

Honestly that burger doesn't look good. The patties don't look grilled or cooked well (almost look boiled), and the meat to bun ratio is insane. Looks dry also. When you put 3 patties on a burger, they really need to be smash patties. This is just hard to eat and a mess.

Kali muscle is a body builder that was in prison and doing jail food cooking from prison. Eating Bull shit while in prison working out his body was looking amazing. Got out continue his podcast showing what he was eating and also going to pizza hut, McDonald's, Panda 🐼 Express, Chic- filet, Wendy's and Burger King 👑 working out body looking amazing and he had a HEART ATTACK 💔🫀 he's still with us thank God. you are such a beautiful young lady and have a wonderful spirit but sweetheart 💋 you got to do better with your platform you can wonderful and healthy dishes and people I believe will still watch you because you have a very attractive spirit. Yes, I’m not here to badger you baby but each time I watch your video your videos you are put on so much weight. Please be careful and what you eaten. I don’t want to hear that you had had a heart attack. I’m on a journey of losing Weight myself. I was weighing 254 pounds. I’m down to 200. It was hard but I did it with the grace of God and I am 66 years old and I want to see 66 years More hit me up if you need me i’m still on that journey. I need to lose 70 more and I’m gonna do it too by the wheel of God, and the grace of God, I have pictures unbelievable to me and my eyes. I didn’t see or couldn’t see what food was doing to me? I was out of control, I will eat four pork chop sandwiches six chicken wings smothered potatoes six chili dogs. Can you imagine That’s when I was young? I got even bigger had my four sons still can see all the Weight that I have put on. Could nobody tell me nothing I was the-it baby, I hope you understand where I’m coming from.
