Man, she’s probably not older than me, but I envy how hard she works. I suffer from severe bipolar disorder which comes with a lot of depression, so these videos motivate me a lot to get up and do something good and meaningful. Thank you for sharing these videos. Don’t worry, we all have our own timing and pace. Small steps and simplicity is key. Also, take into account that nature plays a huge role in our behavior, hence why it’s the best doctor. Remember, what matters is progress. No matter how little or insignificant we may think it is, it does count. Details do make a difference. We all contribute in some way, shape or form and leave our fingerprint. Just the fact that you’re motivated is enough to kickstart the process. It’s a small milestone. Hang in there and keep it simple!💚💗

Schon der Ofen ist ein absoluter Hingucker. Die junge Frau beherrscht ihren Haushalt 💯👍 Der Kuchen sieht so richtig lecker aus so knusprig außen und innen schön fluffig 😋Mann kann den Duft in dieser Küche förmlich über das Internet riechen 😉 es ist ein hartes und einfaches Leben in einer atemberaubenden Landschaft 😌. Peace and love from 🇨🇦 I nearly cry watching this video thinking of my grandmother who left her village near Crimea just after the revolution 100 years ago. Your kitchen curtains, embroidered towels, fruit grinder, well water, enamel bread dough bowels and well-worn and loved baking sheets, brought me wonderful memories. It was fun to always load her wood stove with more wood for baking and cooking.

Most Hungarian families do a very similar christmas "pie" to this. Poppy seed filling or walnut filling all the yummy stuff. I was a little surprised she didnt use any power tools as i have seen the fridge was there - but its always good to have a traditional oven like that as a backup. Simple life is not easy but its healthy, thank you for the beautiful journey !

wow, those are beautiful buns. I used to make a cinnamon version, but don't think mine were EVER CLOSE to as good as these look - the milk/sugar/yeast sponge to get such a great rise is so brilliant, that dough looks so well developed really masterful. I hope you, the baby and your husband will be enjoying your amazing cooking for many, many years..

Such a beautiful home a warm bright kitchen, and a beautiful life she has. She has no doubt made that many times as her Mother and Grandmother did before her in the same way. Ну такое, я выросла в украинском селе и такая жизнь была лет 20-30 назад. Сейчас в доме моих бабушки и дедушки канализация с туалетом и душем, водопровод, горячая вода и т. д. Хотя печь ещё осталась, также как и «грубки» в стенах (маленькие печки, только для обогрева, здесь на видео тоже видно такую). Я не знаю, что заставило девушку жить в таких очень скромных условиях, большинство сельских домов в Украине имеют больше комфорта.

@@GPasternak Мы все забыли как жили раньше в деревнях тоже самое, у них остались традиции, может все осталось от родителей, это же память, если бы я жила в деревне что очень каюсь, я бы тоже так же все оставила, это ностальгия , это все сейчас называют антиквариат, мне приятно смотреть 🙏

@@Kras126 это не «ностальгия», а очень тяжёлый физический труд, поверьте мне. Поэтому люди и улучшили свои условия, в большинстве сёл такая возможность есть почти у всех. Но, как я уже сказала, мы не знаем всех обстоятельств. А девочка - умничка.

Też się zastanawiam nad takim ciastem. Tylko z filmu wynika, że drożdże dodawane są do gorącego mleka /chyba gorącego/ bo naczynie, w którym jest mleko w momencie przelewania do mąki trzyma przez ściereczkę, czyli, że garnek jest chyba gorący i te drożdże w tym gorącym mleku? Inie wiem. No i teraz nie wiem, ale chyba i tak upiekę, bo wyglada bardzo apetycznie-:)

В селі зараз легше вижити..... без сирен, тривог , тепло в хаті і вода в криниці.....а в місті без електрики, тепла, води, роботи не дуже комфортно))))

WOW! When she took those rolls out of the oven and put them before the screen I almost reached for them. I have baking experience and I can tell you she is spot on. That was a real exobition in baking excellence. Also this is a very young woman and very beautiful. Makes one wonder about the rest of her life and how she gets along withe rest of her chores. I just love the Ukrainian people and LIke many others we Pray that Russia will pull out. FREEDOM! Oh and Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
