@@eveking6289 it is French fries, cooked to perfection, so they are crunchy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. Next, they are topped with fresh, warm, squeaky curds (like the ones Lil Miss Muffet enjoyed before the spider came a’callin). Then, it is topped with a ridiculously ample and beautiful gravyfall of savoury salty happiness. There are knockoffs that use mozzarella or other melty cheeses, and others yet bastardise it with chili or meat sauce or something other than purrrrrfect gravy. It is best consumed whilst still quite warm, as it tends to become a solid mass of cold NOPE if you wait too long. People who are psychopaths pour ketchup on top. People who are really cool (( *cough* Plutonians *cough* )) will add malt vinegar and have every level of happy mouth. Sadly, I can only handle maybe one a year, and pay dearly for it (damn you, lactose!!!! I will best you some day!!), but it is worth every pang of pain. Once a year. Get some candied ginger or any sort of ginger that you can get. A little bit helps morning sickness! I had evil morning sickness in the evenings with all 3. Dehydrated ginger (candied) helped it so much. It only takes a little bit of ginger to help too!

Watching Chantal eat has made me hate food, I'm serious. Im a recovering Compulsive Overeater with many many years of being thin and not eating sugar and starch. I had to change my entire life. I DIETED. 3 MEALS PER DAY. Meat, vegetables and fruit once per day. I went from 300 lbs to 130 IN A YEAR! I WAS IN A PROGRAM AND I DIDN"T CHEAT< NO MATTER WHAT. I treated food the same as if I had to quit Heroin or Coke. YOU CAN'T PICK UP THAT FIRST BITE. I accepted that I was different. I didn't pull all this "I HAVE TO EAT TO SURVIVE SHIT". Thats Amber and Chantal's stupid line. Unless she is committed (which can only happen in Canada), she'll never get well, NEVER. She WILL DIE FROM THIS and unfortunately, I see it happening in lightning speed time. Her heart is going to give out or she'll get Diabetic complications she can't come back from. Its all sick.

I went Overeater's Anonymous Meetings sometimes more than one a day, for the first year. Then I stayed on the phone with a RECOVERING person, always at my disposal. It was very strict in conviction and a large intergroup. I went to regular meetings for several years afterwards, as well. But, I maintained to myself that there was something really wrong with me. I was a Sugar addict. I see it as the driving danger.

Not only that, a really bad alcoholic actually cannot stop drinking cold turkey- a physician has to wean and medicate them so they literally don’t die. Same thing goes for benzodiazepines, as there is a pretty gnarly seizure risk. Where someone that is Chantel’s size could actually suddenly stop eating altogether for quite sometime and easily live to tell the tale. They’d be miserable, but they’d be alive. Her understanding of addiction is wanting.

Dogs are definitely not welcome every where in NZ. Only guide dogs. Definitely not in a restaurant. Most are outside tied up, or not even allowed in shopping areas. I've lived in both Islands, and it's pretty much the same everywhere.

the “we have to eat to survive” argument is so loose coming from people that can genuinely go a full month without eating and probably survive off their plentiful reserves. if they’d google it for a few minutes, they’d see it’s been done and fat people can survive for quite a while without eating.

A month, try months. With the correct amount of nutrients and water she could live for months just on her fat reserves. That is the purpose of fat reserves, to help keep the system alive in a famine.

She hates how much smaller the portion sizes in Thailand are when they are normal size. The amount of food she consumes per sitting is horrendous. She should be taking advantage of the smaller portions instead of ordering 3 or 4 meals.
