You are very right, It does take time for the brain to to signal satiety but Chantsal's problem is that I doubt she has ever felt full - for many reasons - mostly because her stomach will be so, so stretched that it is probably at least five times the normal size it should be, at least! But also because she isn't eating to feel satisfied hunger wise... She's eating to soothe herself emotionally - she's not filling herself to ease actual hunger, she's filling herself because every aspect of her life is empty - she can't fill herself will real things that mean anything so she fills her whole life and self with food 24/7... the amount she eats has nothing to do with hunger. Chantal over eats because that's what gives her pleasure. It's the only thing that gives her true pleasure in an otherwise empty life of an empty human being.

I keep my phone in my bag or pocket while I walk, I average about 7500 steps each day - which is the bare minimum you're supposed to do, only takes an hour. 3k isn't much.

My advice to foodie… If you want to do a reaction channel you have to do it on someone who is a total train wreck and you are able to pick it apart and add humor to it. They found you and that’s why they are successful, you need to find someone worse than yourself. Reacting to channels already reacting to you will fail, it will just give them more content!

Chantal doesn't want to be a reaction channel - she wants to just stick it to the people who react to her. When she says about being a reaction channel she means just watching the people who cover her - mainly FFG. She is annoyed that people make money covering her and she (much like Cyraxx) believes that any money made from watching her content through other channels is money being taken directly from her... Which isn't the case. If no one covered Chantal... I simply wouldn't watch her. Chantal is trying to make money off of the people who make money off of her She is just butt hurt because she is so skint and not making much money now... That's why she is lashing out. She hates that FFG gets so many superchats per stream and Chantal get's none. She has said she has barely any members now and even does open live chats because she knows she doesn't have enough memembers and doing a live will bring more people if they know they can comment in the chat.

@@PonderousProse Cyraxx and Shanny for Christ are darker and somewhat more triggering for some people tho. They have a much smaller, consistent audience because of that and I wouldn't suggest anyone start off reacting to those kinds of lolcows. Tbqh? Darksydephil would be my suggestion. He's like baby's first lolcow. Not very complicated, nothing dark about him but plenty to laugh at. His detractors (Phil's version of haydurs) can get nasty, they've gone real life a few times to fuck with him in non-confrontational ways that kinda don't need to happen but that still ends up being a "I don't condone this and want the person held legally accountable but it WAS funny when you think about it" kind of thing that keeps the kahntent fresh and gives you something to discuss other then his constant ebegging, complaining, smugness and wagequitting (he quits doing things because he isn't making enough ad revenue or tips/superchats/etc on it.) She could easily do commentary on him, and even if she defended him the only thing that would do is bring more insults and views her way. Her defiance disorder is so bad that, she won’t listen to Doctors orders. Chantal is not supposed to have pasta. The pickles are high in salt.
