I was in Trinidad in 2000 for Carnival. I visited that swamp. I love the food there. They have the best Chinese food in the world outside of China.

I like Bodow vibes....but he was giving a story about fishermen and crix he did not get to finish . I would have love to hear that story

The tory is..that as a Fisher..crix is traditionally what you take in the sea to eat...either with fish or a chunk of cheese..(I like to take boil eggs)...they are easier to carry than bread as you can cup them in your hand..if so fish suddenly pull..(off you get an irons) you less likely to drop your food...crux is a sustainer

Plus they always tell us to carry supplies and water for 3 days..just in case..so crix is definitely traditional emergency supplies 🤗

the crix story is actually factual, I never understood exactly why. But whenever I went fishing with my grandfather , even now he always carried crix and a block of cheese

I tried his king fish recently it was really tasty.... best roast fish I ever had, his team is friendly and hardworking. I love the all inclusive vybe!

Doh study nobody about foil it just like a pot.for years when I doing my bbq for my fish shrimp and lamb is foil it retains the flavour well cook and juicy.Keep doing yuh THING BLESSING.👍🤗💖

This is the BEST roast fish in the area. I was pretty hesitant after trying the highly rated one and utterly disappointed. BUT, Bodow boy! Amazingly satisfying. Jah continued blessings and guidance🙏🏾
