Special Pav Bhaji Recipe😍

Ingredients :-
• Vegetable (Potato + Cauliflower + Capsicum + Carrot + Green Peas)
• Minimum Water to cook(1.5 Cup)
• Butter - 1tbsp
• A pinch of salt
📌Cover & Cook for 4 whistles & mash everything well with masher.
For Bhaji :-
• Cooking Oil - 1tbsp
• Butter - 2tbsp
• Chopped Onion - 1 Cup
• Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbsp
• Green Chilli
• Chopped Tomato - 1 Cup
• Tomato Puree - 1/2 Cup
• Salt as perr taste
• Chopped Capsicum - 1
• Kashmiri Red Mirch - 2tbsp
• Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
• Pav Bhaji Masala - 3tbsp
• Add Mashed Veggies
• Water - 1 Cup
• Lemon Juice
• Butter
• Coriander Leaves
📌 For toasting Pav :- In a hot pan,add Butter, Kashmiri red chilli & coriander leaves and coat the pav in that and toast properly.
