🍴COCONUT SAGO JELLY🍴
🫑INGREDIENTS🫑
● Water ( 1.5 - 2 liters ) for cooking Sago / Tapioca pearls
● Small Tapioca pearls / Sago ( 1/2 cup )
● Green Food Coloring ( 1tsp)
● Coconut milk ( 3 cups )
● Water ( 2 cups )
● White Sugar ( 1 cup )
● White Unflavored Jelly powder
or Agar-agar powder ( 2 1/2 tbsps )
