Tamarind seeds are so good for you with tons of health benefits. I roast them and grind them to a powder and add coconut oil and use topically as a anti inflammatory, I also add the powder to my smoothie. I’ve never tried cooking with them. I absolutely love this video and would like to know the ingredients used to make these fritters 🙏🏽💕

I just ordered a tamarind tree from a local tropical fruit expert because I LOVE its sour fruit, but had no idea until now that the seeds are edible too! I'll have to try that. I even have a stash of the seeds handy right now because I was thinking of planting some more trees. However I will certainly use and EVEN MORE CERTAINLY appreciate my modern kitchen appliances. Just, Wow! Respect!! :D

yeah... but its a real TASK to roast and then remove the outer skin and then crush the Tamarind seeds! Also, the REAL taste comes out from the traditional stone crushers and using wood as fuel. Western style and use of modern gadgets like a Mixer/Grinder and cooking gas... have ruined the actual taste of almost all we cook today in the so-called 'modern' kitchens! Moreover, they use of bloody chemical manure and pesticides have turned food into poison! Indians are fools to loose their traditions! Pity!
