SINIGANG NA TILAPIA SA MISO is a Filipino dish soup that is made of tilapia which is stewed in ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, fish sauce, ground pepper and miso paste for umami or savory taste.
Miso is made from fermented soybeans, with salt and koi. It has rich texture, salty, and sour taste.
Ingredients:
1 thumb-size ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium-size onion
2 pcs of tomato
3 & 1/2 tbsp miso paste
2 tbsp fish sauce
5-6 cups of rice water
4 pcs medium-size tilapia
1 small-size radish
3 stalks lemongrass
5 pcs string beans
5 pcs ladyfinger
tamarind extract (according to your preference)
1 bunch of mustasa
3 pcs of green chili
