After getting four kidney stones in less than 10 years… I now have a morning drink with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice in water. Since I’ve been doing this, I have not had a kidney stone for eight years.

Yup, that has been my husband's kidney stone treatment for years!! He also drinks a tea called chanca piedra (stone breaker). If you have the pain, take drink the tea with a squeeze of lemon. Do not add any sweetner. He also uses an inversion table to move any possible stone that may be forming and flush it out completely pain-free. It always works!

I had a kidney stone the size of a large marble that I got broken up by lithotripsy. I was calcium. I was dehydrated. I was eating a lot of spinach. I urinated so much after I came home from the hospital. I was told,no dark soda,I can have root beer.I try to eat a lemon a day. I’ve had pain in my kidney every once in awhile.I increase my lemon juice intake and more water. Pain subsides. It’s been 28 yrs. since I had one!I drink a lot of tea too!

Your blessed! I had my first kidney (oxolate) 9 cm , at 60 in 2020 . After surgery my left kidney atrophied and was left with a smaller stone 2cm . Now my right kidney has a 3 cm and I drink a lemon daily for two years low sodium no dark chocolate, spinach , sweet potatoes or beets ..

Thank you for the video doc. I am watching all these videos on kidney stones because I'am having a NW kidney function test w lasix . Because my right kidney , my doc said has so many stones he cant count them I cant pass them on rt side do to issues. I've got to change something I don't want to go through possible whats coming again. This just makes me nervous have had a urinary stint before its painful for 30 days. I hadn't had a kidney stone in over 25 years. So I got on a high animal protein, high salt & sugar, low-liquid diet for two years and I grew a kidney .stone 11mm. Then the pain began. I handled it like a man lying in bed for a few hours. A few weeks later, the pain returned after some bumpy riding on my lawn mower on a warm day with little fluid intake. I couldn't handle it this time. 911. Six hours in the ER, with a dose of morphine, I went home to ponder my situation. We get a urologist one day a week in my little town and he's booked up two months. So yes, it's the diet. Get a book ready, Doc. I've been in pain then last December they found out I have 3mm non shadowing stonen. No infection after 4 urine tests coz they cant tell at firs whas going on with me until my primary care clinicsuggested ultrasound. Been drinking water and it is still sitting somewhere on my right. Now I'm watching videos like this

Hello Doc my stonogram says; A 1.2 x 0.6 c 0.6cm (HU=800) dense stone is noted in the distal abdominal segment of the ureter, S2 level. What is the conversion in mm of this stone Doc? Can this be treated naturally or need already surgery ? Thanks for your response, God Blessed You🙏🙏🙏

Definitely love adding lemon juice to my water; it tastes good and helps with non-heme iron absorption when consumed with a meal. But drinking 2 ounces of lemon juice on a regular basis probably wouldn't be great for tooth enamel.

All i know is when i have a kidney stone that needs to pass its so painful that ill go to a witch doctor and try anything. I had one stone that wouldn't pass and i had surgery to zap it into sand because it was the size of a pea. I also had a catheder for 3 weeks. The other two kidney stones i managed to pass after drinking lots and lots of water.

I heard raisin and carrot juice works. I know from experience after passing one (most painful thing I’ve ever experienced) that water helped me pass mine. It reduced the pain as well.

I had 7.7mm stone formed in my right ureter.then I consultant with a urologist and he removed it by laser treatment ( Laser lithotripsy).now m feeling well. But I feel pain during urine and small blood coating on day 1. Now I am requesting to give some suggestions for speedy recovery and some ways for get rid of future forming such stone.

The juice of 2 lemons is not that much. I don't know what those people were havin a problem with unless they're babies. Any tim eI get sick I go to the store and buy a bag of lemons and have much more than 2 full lemons per day. I put sucralose or monk fruit in it and have lemonade I usually do at least 6 lemons per day when i'm sick.

Sucralose is chlorinated sucrose(table sugar). Its very harmfull , the chlorine kills the friendly gut bacteria. Checkout ❤

Yeah but isn't Calcium a bit more tricky, though? What I read was that calcium from natural sources like dairy for example can be good for kidney stones while calcium from supplements can be bad for them as shown in some study.

Straight & simple talk here. I'd get up to 4 very large (oxalate) kidney stones a year. I've had NONE for 7 years now. I use something called 'Stone Breaker' tablets I get from Walmart. Active ingredient is something called Chanca Piedra & there are other brands available. Dosage is recommended 3 tablets a day (about 25 cents each) but I find that one a day works for me. If I feel back pain like from a pending stone I simply go to two tabs a day for a while & never had a problem.

I tried everything for my calcium oxalate kidney stones, and nothing worked. I had multiple trips to the emergency room for extremely painful stones and even had lithotripsy. I noticed that my urine formed visible stones at room temperature if left in a jar overnight. I began taking Garcinia Cambogia 6000 mg twice a day about a year ago and haven’t had any stones since then. My urine no longer forms stones at room temperature either! John Froelich, MD

I’ve been using the Garcinia for over a year now, and no recurrence of kidney stones. You can find scientific literature about Garcinia in kidney stones by searching with Google.

ive around 6 kidney Stones and have had hundreds of kidney infections for the last 32 years...ive got horseshoe kidneys and my Stone's are above my kidneys so they can't come down...The hospital doctor's say because of this there's no more they can do for me without putting me at Risk...To this day the kidney infections Continue....any advice you may have i would appreciate it as i think the doctors here in lreland haven't really tried to help me...

You're wrong on the olive oil helps relieve tremendously it's the only thing that's got me through the night when I was in pain so as far as relieving the pain it works let me tell you, I'll use the Virgin organic olive oil of course!

The juice of banana stem on an empty stomach in the morning twice a week. Along with 2 litres of water. Banana stem is diuretic and helps flush out. An Indian remedy, helps many.

@@Ellieangel777 It is in other words the trunk of the main banana tree - You can get it in south Indian shops even in Europe. Sometimes you can just get the sap sold in Indian Stores. When I got the pain I was in England - I got the stem from a South Indian Store. FYI. Hope you can get it or find it.

so i was watching this vid keenly, cuz i suffered from the same condition and i am from medical background myself, boy you are so wrong on the Lemon juice part, and i can say that beacuse it has helped me and few others who have tried that. Would you believe, it helped me remove a 7.5mm stone? cuz mine did. BS video mate, disliked right away.

Drink rooibos tea, 2 to 3 cups a day wouldn't be an issue. It's caffeine free and very low in oxalates, plus it has a lot of health benefits. Tastes better than most other teas in my opinion.

I'm going to listen. 1. Allergic to dairy, citrus, most nuts and already avoid many things. 2. I know chanca Piedra is good. 3. I love dark, even 100% chocolate, my weakness. It has benefits. But, I'm reducing it, againnn. 4. What's left? Watermelon, drinking extra water, and let's see what's recommended here. I hope to hear something that I can consume. 5. I drink coconut water. Moonstone sounds good. 6. Stone Breaker tincture is great, includes chanca Piedra, etc. I'm dealing with having zero healthy things to snack on now because of being gf and newly allergic and sensitive to many more foods than previously. I have high calcium in my urine and my nephrologist just says don’t eat these and take these pills. Well it’s still high Everytime he has me do a 24 ht urine test. So take more pills because pill are the answer. Um no no they are not. 😡😡

Go to a doctor you might need surgery avoid salty and sugar food instead eat oats, boiled vegetables avoid soda tea cofffe drink herbal tea without sugar but can add jagggery, brown sugar as sweetener drink a lot of water on empty stomach
