Firstly learn to cook. It's a big black spot in the name of Indian cooking. Who cooks bitter gourd without peeling and with the stem intact. Brinjal looks black from within. Putting the whole brinjal in mouth looks horrible.

Exactly, roast karte hai but pehle cut karke check karlete hai, kyu aapke paas began ko bagair check kare roast karte ?, I mean insect rahe to wo bi roast hojate..so, sister better to cut and check first then roast.
