It is staged since at around 16:58, Doni puts curse of binding netherite armour on Bionic and then at around 20:59, he doesn't have the armour on anymore. Sus ain't it.

Fun fact: bionic wouldn't die in 1.20, because now it even counts slime blocks on the edge

The slime blocks had 3 flaws: 1. sneak to take fall damage and not bounce. Isn't this well known? 2. easily breakable. 3. he probably had enough height to avoid the slime entirely I'm just surprised it took that long though. Just wait a minute after Doni intervenes and quickly just build up and take fall damage once he's probably gone. If he saves you, just keep doing it but wait slightly longer each time. That's what I would've done. If He gave me slow fall or something I'd just do something else repeatedly, like suffocate myself in sand/gravel or drowning. I almost feel like everyone was on at a different time and Doni was watching all of them the whole time, and just making it look like he wasn't, but either way I don't really care (much), its still good content!

The thing that confuses me is like, for example on the fire resistance after Doni left, Lynix could’ve just waited for it to wear off and then jump in the lava again or for the drowning one liger could’ve went back in the water after doni left
