Okay, I've been getting quite a few comments about this, so before I get anymore: *I know Stolas's blood is not red.* The red blood was a choice I made for the sake of style. When the characters are white with black outline, red blood shows up much better than black. If you look up official storyboards from the show, you'll see that even their artists make the blood red at first. It also translates better to anyone unfamiliar with Helluva Boss. You'll notice that Striker cries blood near the end. Even people who watch the show would think he had running mascara if I'd made it black. So, just wanted to clarify. I love that Stolas bothered to try to catch Striker. Even better that it was only because of the injuries the imp caused that he wasnt able to pull him back up and since no one else cared to help he died. Brilliant.

This song captures Stolas and Stella's relationship so well, and the animation is absolutely amazing. It also capturing both Stella and Stolas's point of view's when it came to their marriage.

I know I’m late to the party, but this is PROFESSIONAL! The posing and the way Stolas looks at the pictures with suck despair is honestly breathtaking. I can’t believe anyone was creative enough to make this, seriously one of the best things I’ve seen for ANY show!

I was WONDERING when someone would do this!! Gentleman's Guide is the entire reason I'm even watching Helluva Boss in the first place, so it's really nice to have these animatics out here on the internet.

This animatic is stunning! Great storytelling and movement. Loved how Stolas stood up for himself but hesitated- just like the good guy he is.

This animatic gave me more continuity than the entire series Love it!!

Instead of a song of determination, it's so sad with Stolas dying from Stryker's bullet and knowing both he and Stella were miserable from the day his destiny was cast. The troubled but loved Octavia and the always reprehensible Blitzo arrive too late to save him... but at least we get the satisfaction of seeing Stella foiled and Stryker taking a bloody dive.

Ok... I recently preformed in a musical showing of the musical where the song originated from last fall... and didn't realize it was that song at first until I heard the beginning tune and inaudibly gasped lmao (and also slightly instinctively went on alert because this is the song that played right before one of my scenes, and reprise if it played right before another scene I was in so the beginning tune just sets off my instinct to run backstage lol) I actually love this animation so much!!

I truly believe in the upcoming episodes there should be a scene where Stolas dies, but not exactly. It could be a dream, or someone could change time or anything else, but Blitzø needs to see how much he has to lose, face the reality of his feelings and realize that if he doesn't do something about them, if he doesn't tell Stolas he loves him, he might never get the chance to. But of course then we need to see them learn to form and sustain a happy, healthy relationship so Stolas can't die for real. Or maybe I'm just being dramatic.
