I had a request to show how to strengthen your feet and make your toes more mobile. I put this little exercise plan together to stretch your feet and toes and build strength in your feet and toes.
These easy foot mobility exercises can be done just about anywhere. Done regularly they will make for strong feet that are more mobile. The workout includes a little stretching to improve flexibility before starting the exercise progression.
The workout was designed specifically to help you have active toes for bjj.
