thank you , your english is great. My footbrake stoped working, i bought brake shoes and rear brake discs. When we took off discs they were totally rusted so the brake shoes were out of reach for hard metal, and shoes were in good conditions, but still as far as i already bought Ashika brake shoes (a pair cost here in Russia about 25$) i decided to change it anyway. When mechanic took them off we saw NIBK letters on it that old shoes way much better then new regardless they were rusted. The new shoes didnt even blocked the discs so the mech had to screw adjusting bolts on the brake mechanism. the price for work is about 25$ in Russia. He said that new asika is thinner than old nibk, thats a shame. so now i go to adjust the pedal as you recommend

Great! I normally find the genuine handbrake shoes rarely ever need to be changed.

My footbrake kinda loose and making a rattling sound when driving in uneven road. How to tighten the footbrake?

I would get someone to inspect your pedal, cable and rear brake assembly, if something is loose that can be a serious issue.
