Listen I had my Real Estate and Mortgage license in the state of Florida please be weary of these people they have no clue at all. First you would need to understand the difference between Assets and Liabilities. Then run the numbers and you better have long money like Bill Gates money before investing in Real Estate. Also in that interview DJ Envy did he told on himself just saying.

It’s going to take more than posts and videos. It’s going to have to take something that shows hims directly defrauding people, like text messages or emails, something along those lines. This is why Cesar is in custody, because I’m pretty sure they have text messages that show Cesar was given money from his victims.

As a licensed Principal at a top Brokerage Firm Envy is liable for whatever crimes his partner created bc he endorsed him. When you take advantage of vulnerable people you will join club fed. NEVER take financial advice from social media. I can't stress this enough.

Wouldn't it have to be proven that Envy knew his partner was defrauding investors? Legally, I know the onus was on Envy to perform his due diligence before endorsing the service, but it is quite possible that his partner defrauded him too.

@@bxrokk it depends on what level of involvement Envy had in the deals. For example, if Envy was paid X amount of $ SPECIFICALLY to promote, his liability would be minimal due to plausible deniability. The issue is Envy seems to be way more involved and I would not be surprised if he received some level of compensation for each deal which is another layer of possible liability. When you have a partnership, you have an obligation to be aware of the happenings occurring in your business and to blow the whistle if things such as fraud are occurring or your risk being held liable. Envy is not a Realtor, broker nor financial advisor. He was way out of his wheelhouse on this and relied on the business acumen of a felon who admits to learning everything he knows in prison which should have put him on the highest of alerts 🚨 🚨🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚨🚨

I think they went in on this together to take from others. I don't think either of them lost money, only took it. Agree there’s lots of slumlord, but I don’t think they had one tenant maybe a few buildings-Maybe Cesar had before, but according to the indictment, it looks like everything was just a Ponzi scheme and just fake documents. The properties were not actually ever constructed or rebuilt, and Cesar was selling multiple people the same property-I heard in one video I think on MWreck channel that he got $4 million from one property he was “Selling” off to multiple people! It’s disgusting at this point. I think they both need to go to jail and they need to serve some time and there needs to be restitution!

I cannot stress enough that most business people are not popular or celebs but will genuinely assist you in reaching business and real estate goals. Sure. Because a scammer will use the new investments from other people to pay their biggest investor so that it seems like they're making a profit. That's how Ponzi schemes work. I can see Envy having been duped for a while because of that. But at some point, if he wasn't involved, he needed to open his eyes and start asking questions.

Just take one look at either one of them. I don’t do business with anyone wearing baseball caps or sweats - all signs of someone not to be taken seriously. I’ve been a practicing CPA for 25 years and realtor for 20. I turn down clients looking like that and I don’t care how much money they have. It’s always some “stuff” with them in the end. As an investor I wouldn’t do business with people looking and talking “street”. It speaks volumes of their character and how they’re going to handle my money. As evidenced by the results of this fiasco.

They have no solid proof at this time to just let him go. He hasn’t been arrested or charged with anything yet. They don’t want to risk a lawsuit. However, just sit back and watch. When or if he is arrest and charged. The next day they will announce his departure from his iheart. Stay tuned.

As a former banker (2007-2008/ 2015-2016), I thought DJ Envy was talking about low interest rate full financing. I used to recommend that to my clients. Because that was more beneficial to those who had good credit.
