Most errors leading to a goal for an individual player AND most errors leading to big chances for any individaul player. He only kept on playing because of Konate's illness then injury. He is an amazing player and still relatively new at the top of the game so I expect he'd get a lot of hype mentions (even if unwarranted) but I expected better from you guys. Out curiosity since when did it become a thing to praise a player for having a high xG? I get it using xG to explain how a team is creating the chances but not putting them away. I also expected assists because it's not your fault if you create chances but no one is putting them away. But I don't get giving an individual player praise for a high xG. To me it says he isn't scoring the chances he gets he gets and that's not worth praising. Especially if you are forward. Maybe I'm missing something.

The Mainoo agenda is being over pushed. The only reason he looks good is because he is next to Rice who refuses to progress the ball. Mainoo is a headless chicken and often gives the ball away. His flicks and drops of the shoulder just add excitement to a midfield that is dead. Mainoo goes missing defensively and his immobility is an issue because we get overrun in midfield even by an understrength Dutch midfield. Wharton would give us everything we need to dominate games because of his on the ball quality. I don't understand why he hasn't got a chance. Just because Mainoo plays for United and the clamour for his name by the fans allowed Gareth to buy himself time. There is something about this channel and its presenters that comes off fake and lacks any real sincerity. When I watch Tifo Football, FourFourTwo KZfaq channel, and James Allcott I am far more impressed with their analysis. But on the odd occasions I watch BSkyB's Football Daily, I get the feeling that these lot don't know what they are actually talking about (especially Dougie who looks like he was given a script or homework assignment the night before). The same can be said for the talking heads that contribute with their views, like had this Londoner who stated he was a City fan but you can tell he only started supporting City as soon as they became successful.
