One trick Haaland. Why? Nobody can deny he is good at what he does - putting goals in the net, but he is on the end of chances, he is not a playmaker himself. He doesn't create chances like Jude does. He can't also defend like Jude can. He cannot retain or dribble the ball like Jude does and on top of all that, Bellingham is still outscoring him as a midfielder with the biggest team in the world. Now I am not putting Haaland down, he is a great striker, possibly the very best right now, up there with Kane, Mbappe and Messi, but striking is his only talent, same goes for the other 3. Jude is just the whole package. You can put him in CB and he will be just as good. Right wing, left wing, hell, you could probably stick a pair of gloves on him and put him in goal and he will do it. that versitility is almost unique. There are very very few players that can fill every role to the standard Jude does.

Based on the change in criteria Jude most likely will win it and for the same reason Messi won it last year because it's now based on individual performance technically Jude doesn't really have much competition except for Kane but unlike Kane Jude has the Real Madrid PR machine backing him

The issue with Haaland is his tendency to ghost in important matches not to mention he has no international career to speak of unless he changes nationalities Jude most likely will win the Ballon Dor this year not to mention Haaland is in his mid twenties you have a lot of youngters up and coming who are out performing him at a club and country level
