I know this deal to help out Leicester with FFP before tonights midnight deadline. Regardless, I like this signing personally and believe he will do well for us. Fans doubting will be suprised as the season progresses. He rarely gets injured and we be great for the squad cover when injuries and suspensions occur. He will get a few goals too.

I’ll never forget how mad our fans were about signing Palmer. This has the same feel to it for me. KDH jumps off the screen when he plays, and I love that he will be experienced in the new system. My only worry is only having so many places available for the midfielders we have, but maybe the competition will elevate everyone.

For 30mil in today's market, KDH is a very good addition to our squad. We have over 70 games to play and we know how injury prone our players are. He scores goals, creates goal scoring opportunities, stays fit, is a hard worker and he has Premier League experience. We need him, let's not sweat it!

Fantastic transfer and I have no idea how anybody says anything else. I expected him to cost a little under £50mil and even then it would have been great. 30mil is a steal. KDH is instant and immediate quality that's practically risk free. He knows Maresca, he knows the system and he's even got a season of PL experience. Him slotting right in where he played for Leicester last season means Maresca can focus more on who to play in the other 10 roles, increasing the chances of him being our coach for longer than just 1 season. This transfer is incredibly safe, fairly cheep and significantly increases Maresca's (and our) chances of getting CL football for the season after.

KDH is a great player, understands the system and at 25 will be a senior player in the team, again the championship is not a bad league, that will mean gallaghers as good as gone. some others as well.

On a scale of Drinkwater to Cole Palmer, i think this is a really solid signing that has a much bigger chance of being good value than a bad signing. It also frees up players to leave both permanently and on loan.

I’m always optimistic whenever the general consensus is a pessimistic one. It works always for me so I’m elated about this transfer. Felt the same way about T.Silva - When everyone was moaning about his age and a few others over the last 5 seasons. And the opposite with myself and a lot of players that have flopped ie. Ziyech,Pulisic,Havertz,lukaku,mudryk,Sterling,Jao Felix & Cucurella(unless something changes)😂😂 Even enzo I wasn’t moved by the exaggerated gan hype and especially his transfer fee.. never works! So whenever there’s too much excitements within the fanbase I always like to take a step back and do my background checks on the player and ignore the big accounts and general consensus. Cole Palmer - extremely -ve consensus from 98% of the fanbase. Jackson- Negative from 80% Sterling- positive from 75-80% W-Fofana- extremely positive from everyone and their mum. Lavia & Calceido- Ridiculous dopamine signings that we are still waiting for to shine. These Underwhelming ones I think the fanbase needs to embrace at this point before we become a squad of expensive jargons ! Expensive Garbage 🗑️

Decent deal. Overpaid a bit. He's no Juan Mata level signing, but he's a decent link up man as a 10, and it's something we lack in the team. Plus if it doesn't work out, his wages will be low and his sell on value will still be around 20m. Low risk, good potential, coach likes him, might have some leader personality. Decent.

Yeah decent value signing but probably marks the end of Gallagher at the club as we will sell him for pure profit. Still don't know why we haven't bought a GK since Petrovic is more a handy back-up and Sanchez is well... Sanchez. Yeah a marquee striker would be nice but we have Jackson, the new Barca kid and Nkunku for when we are in a pinch.

I love the signing in theory; he's an adult that can work through the press, put his foot on the ball to control tiempo, and chip in with goals and assists. I just question what it means for next year. Obviously Enzo and Caiciado start if healthy, along with Nkunku/Palmer as the attacking 8/10. You then have Lavia, who is going nowhere, and now KDH. Given the European games and uncertainty around Lavia and Nkunku's injuries, id say we need to keep at least 2 other CM/CAM's. Just hoping this doesn't spell the end for Gallagher.
