In today’s episode, we were able to dig footings and pour footings as well! My brother Arch came up from Huntsville Alabama to help get the job done and we were able to do it in just two days. Building a house is pretty fun!! This duplex is going to turn out great!! Enjoy the video y'all!

Nice work, turn around and effort. Wow, the price of materials must've gone through the roof, if 475K is the cost to build a simple double box. Probably great for someone, but looks like a commercial office space.

Lumber has gone down but everything else has stayed on a consistent climb.
