British Kickboxing Champion Rob Zab takes us through some drills to improve your footwork for boxing or any combat sport.
All these drills can be done at home, TBH Rob does them while cooking in the kitchen, the more you practice the easier it becomes.
Footwork is really hard to work on at first as the movement required for effective combat is not natural. Therefore it takes time and dedication to perfect.

Wow this is a really professional and well made video for such a small channel this is on the same level as Tony Jeffries' videos, really good work. I personally practice boxing by myself as there are no gyms nearby so I have to watch videos on KZfaq and practice by myself so guys like you really help me out. Thanks a bunch!

Great stuff mate im a bjj guy that are going mma and i am having a hard time planting my feet right. i tried what you are showing a couple of times and i really like it...........i still suck 🙃🙃but at least now i have an overall pattern to follow keep it up !!
