Splitting up to cover more area, in an unknown forest full of booby traps, in the dark, despite overwhelming evidence they are being hunted by a person. Sabotaging their own chances of survival by infighting like they're an average random match maker PvP team in online gaming. Their attacker is not a hulking mountain man, but a skinny boy, who even the girl was able to wrestle to the ground. Despite beating him, twice, they didn't bother to finish him off. The slasher in this movie wasn't Anton, it was Darwin.

This movie is a compilation of things not to do…. Peer pressuring someone who is clearly not experienced enough for the trail, going on a closed trail, not being prepared for overnight if things go wrong, opting to continue after the bridge collapse, spreading out instead of sticking together. The character that kept getting scared was the most rational out of all of them. He’s surrounded by idiots. :)
