Go watch the first Passerine animatic I made if you haven't!! : • For Forever | Passerin...
Today marks the 1 year anniversary of Passerine's final chapter, what a time to be alive that was.
It's only fitting to celebrate with For Forever's reprise :)
Hope this animatic brings you peace of mind haha jk no I don't now give me your tears /lh
I set this animatic to be 15 years into the future after the setting of For Forever, which makes 17 years since pass!Tommy's death, the time he's been gone has now been longer than the time he's been alive.
After all, as it says in the story, "Tommy will never live past fifteen."
now cry.
Hope you enjoyed either way!! I will never get over how much of an impact Passerine has made on me, I will treasure it deep within my heart and I thank Kyle (aka thcscus, the genius author of Passerine), for creating such a masterpiece :)
EDIT: I saw a comment asking what the flower in Techno's hair was, and it's called Strelitzia!! Representing freedom, it suits the story's closure don't you think? :]

It has been 4 years since I read passerine for myself. The pain and emotional parts of that story were so sad. Also, R.I.P Technoblade. The king who fought many wars, lost to something indifferent from the many enemies he faced. He will be remembered through everyone in this fandom and outside of it. Rest easy king, good luck fighting god. ❤👑

MY GOD THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL!! I swear I barely cry over animatics but as soon as I saw Fundy I immediately bursted out in tears. It's so beautiful how the DSMP is able to inspire such amazing pieces and that those pieces are inspiration too. And I still think this song fits perfectly with Passerine and you made it even more beautiful

Oh my lord No joke, this gave me chills. The way you showed them moving on- not without change, but nevertheless moving forward into a new future. Not haunted by the ghosts of their past, but alongside them. It’s a gorgeous representation of grief and acceptance, and it adds beautifully to your original animatic and the original fanfic.
