@@ryth7703 although i like lawbringer i have to admit, his heavys are so slow that sometimes youll almost never be able to use them if youre fighting a really good player. when i shove someone, i cant even use a heavy attack to follow up because i know by the time the heavy attack is in full swing, the enemy will no longer be in stun lock from the shoves so ill end up doing no damage or just getting parried.

He might just think that it sucks to fight LB, if you had a bit more between your ears you might also read that he said “I’m so rip” clearly saying that he doesn’t have a chance.

Being able to win as a character doesnt make them good, that is indeed correct, i refuse to touch him while he is in this state, there is far better options and even tho i love the man (rep 61 lb) he needs something to compensate for his only tools being destroyed Alot of people say he still has his damage and his mix ups however cent does 40 dmg on an unblock heavy while having penty of options to mix them up, and shaman does 41 on her unb and has her aggressive mix ups and bite and thats just the characters i care to mention, while lbs 3rd top heavy is 40 dmg into 6 which is being nerfed, and his impale into heavy for 40 dmg is just slightly better than warmongers 30 dmg with impale. Id say hes a mid tier duelst, and dont even try anti-ganking.

Fallout117654 I completely agree. They need to revert some changes and tweak him rather than guy him. If his hyper armor isn’t going to return they need to speed up neutral bashes. I also think that he should get hyper armor on a bash after a heavy. They need to adjust his light parry punish to at least 35 damage. After all the character is a parry and counter character at heart. It makes no sense to play him if there are other characters that do the same stuff he does but better.

Haha no, unless they give him a variable charged bash he doesn't need hyperarmor on bash. By having it LB could just take hits while being able to garantee damage and perhaps start a deadly combo.

While yes, a reactable bash that can be easily dodged, on paper all bashes are literally the same, in this video the guy is playing without using the bash. And i, myself a player with three years on the game and 8 reps on Lawbringer can say that the bash wasn't his only tool, only turtles that waited for parries and did their best to land the bash are the ones who said that LB's bash was his only tool.

I’d like Lawbringer to be mixup intensive but he isn’t, a lot of other characters get hyper armor, guaranteed damage, and other perks. Lawbringer is meant to be a punisher so punishes are his strong suit, and a bash that can be dodged easier to other bashes, with a guaranteed light can be a small form of punish by ending deadly combos inflicted on him and punishing his assailant. Since his shoves don’t track, nor can they be variably charged, it having hyper armor should be reasonable for a character meant to punish and end combos. If other characters can have hyper armor on numerous moves, why can’t Lawbringer have hyper armor on his one? Sure Lawbringer is now a little more difficult to play with removed hyper armor shove, and he’s still a pretty decent character, I just personally believe that hyper armor on his shove is justified if it’s not able to track of be variably chargeable. In addition, since people now know that his shove no longer has hyper armor, if they have the upper hand, they can continue their deadly combo and prevent shoves without worry. As a punisher, Lawbringer should have at least one move with hyper armor to counter and punish.

@@JustAreru I never said it was his only tool, I said it was his only reliable opener. Which it was, and now you can only use the shove as a counter instead of an opener/canceler. I'm guessing Lawbringer isn't your main though, but I personally have 15 reps into Lawbro. I know how he works inside and out. Do I utilize his entire kit? No, of course not, because a lot of it is easily counterable or not worth it to begin with.

ORIYAS - fuck the read base, reaction base game are more satifying* then a game where you have to guess what your opponent will do but now its only option select, light and 50/50 spam cuz the dev are dum asf. They test the game on pc with 60fps but most of their community are on console with 30fps most of the time. Im a console player and when i watch youtuber only pc i can predict every thing and i see the timming for a light way before the youtuber because its been 4 year im use to 30fps and on pc i got twice the time i got on console to react. Console player who react fast enghout* to parry most of the light a way better than most of the "best player" on FH cause most of them are on pc with twice the time console player have to react to everything in this trash mind-game. For honor will die sooner then you guys thought because ubisoft are not able balance their game and only have competitive play in their mind they don’t think about casual player. Ubi. @@vortek0604 the reaction-time based game are yes more satisfying but this benefits the turtle meta, before the update i will encounter in duel only knights(except peacekeepers) end you don't know how many God-parry people I meet, in fact before the update block and even parry lights on console was pretty easy. With the new patch you can encounter more diverse heroes and can actually attack more freely without getting punished too much, I think that with some adjustment the game will be more healthy than before. And by the way even now I can block pretty easily the lights and I'm on ps4

@@callangaffney3123 I don't believe shove on red is any more gay than making the read on the fully charged warmonger bash/Shlouder bash only to have them faint last frame and GB you. At least shove on red didn't blast you for 30-40dmg(prior to the changes) for guessing wrong.

Protected revive was always lawbringer’s worst 3rd fear, now they nerfed it so it’s even worse, use second wind instead or eventually pugno mortis

Even conqueror has a feat that gives him hyper armor but lb doesnt.

Incorrect, he isn't strong at all, shove had hyper armour because it was slow, now its an easy to dodge and interrupt attack, the shove now has no value in team fights or in duels. Light parry punish is 27 dmg, there's no point doing that because if you delay the heavy you can get 32 dmg and frame advantage and a stun and easy access to the "50/50" impale after a heavy parry for some reason does more dmg than a light which doesn't make sense in anyway. Now he has very little way of opening. His defensive tools aren't as good as before, long arm is still bad, only decent in fights. Shove, has no usage anymore, only thing he can do is light attack into a combo , but due to him not having a L L H chain, the enemy is already prepared to counter the heavy, so you will always or majority of the time feint it. He's a risky boi now and needs some changes.

Make Shove faster to 500ms, make hyper armour come out later at 300ms, make shove punishable by gb, so give it a 800ms recovery time or something. Allow, impale to only be guaranteed off light parry not heavy parry anymore Increase dmg of blind justice by a small amount Make long arm have hyper armour or make it faster. Now shove is viable opener, can't abuse shove on red due to late hyper armour and its punishable by gb, parrys of heavy no longer go through the roof.
