All 8 players have last laugh in my match and we were 4v4 on A and then someone person die and start a last laugh chain. Which is awesome

Honestly I think we just need character specific feats for the whole roster that aid a character or invite customization. Warlord and Valk are good examples of this. You can build Warlord two main ways with feats alone: Immortal tank, or versatile ganker. With Speed Revive, Bear Trap, Punch Through, and Regenerate, Warlord could be a very powerful ganker by doing lots of damage with punch through, reviving allies quickly in team fights, self healing to make a good tank, and using Bear Traps to strategically disable. With Deadly, Flesh Wound, Tough as Nails, and Auto Revive, Warlord can also be an immortal tank who specializes in never dying. If we gave the whole roster a variety of unique feats that helped amplify their character I think it would be a lot better overall

Great video, as always. A word about Caltrops. I'm a rep 64 Nuxia main (I wrote the Nuxia guide on the Comp Reddit), and I believe that she is usually better served to save it for team fights. She has a VERY difficult time while ganked, since she can't use any of her traps without getting hit. When she throws caltrops, it gives her numerous advantages: a level of control over spacing (because enemies will back off), they let her retreat into them to regain stam, she can buff them with slip through, she can use a trap to keep an enemy on them longer (and hinder their attempts to get off of them), and they will continue to give her kill assists if she dies and a teammate gets a kill. It also gives her a free GB if (almost always when) the enemy dodges to avoid them. If you can get Infection and caltrops at the same time, dodging with slip through to buff them both can be almost instant death for the other team.

Oathbreaker deserves a mention. “Oooh, you got revenge hey? SIKE!”

Wait stun trap is a feat unlocked at tier 1, does a bit of damage, flashbangs, and takes off your stamina. All at tier 1. I'm suddenly pissed they removed the damage off the knight stunbomb that's unlocked at tier 2 during the release of Marching Fire.

I have decided to create a list of feats that should be removed Last Laugh, because it punishes you for winning and potentially your entire team as well assuming you’re breaking and you’re in a 4v4 with the enemy team and there’s a PK or something on the enemy team with it on Rocksteady, because it disables wall-splat and OOS punishes and it also makes certain character’s entire move-sets irrelevant Pugio, because it’s just the “Stop, let me win” button for Centurion If you wish to make any additions to this list, reply to this comment and I’ll consider adding it

I was about to rant about how you didn't put Last Laugh or Rock Steady in this, but you got that covered.

The same thing about second wind can be said about revenge..some heroes revenge 2-3 times before you can kill them. (Jorm, JJ, probably more)

I can't WAIT to see that toe stab rant lol. Seeing two of them on a team every game puts me in a special kind of "I want to bash something inward with a metal dumbbell" kind of mood.

I like Auto Revive. It’s underrated in my opinion. I once had a team light gank my warlord to death. We were both breaking and upon my death, they were emote spamming. They never saw the auto revive coming and they all died.

I would say kiai (I think that's the feat) is also very strong. A tier 1 that completely drains stamina and stuns. It's basically a portable stun trap

Ubi should really have a look at feats again. Some are just simply outclassed by the others

I love black prior’s shield removal feat (forgot the name) as it can be used to finish off an enemy who has revenge really easy, but it can also be annoying :v

As a Cent Main it is incredibly frustrating to play against any chars with rock steady. Even more frustrating is the fact that jorm is able to perform his C&B torture punish even if the enemy has rock steady, aslong he throws them down with the punch, but cent isn't able to do the same with the fully charged punches. I think that it would be only fair to either give cent the ability to throw his enemies down with the fully charged punch (with rock steady) or just give jorm the same struggle, that he can't throw enemies to the ground too.

The only feat that I really hate is Orochi's Kiai. It comes out instantly and can turn the tide against you just as fast, especially in a gank with Jorm.

The amount of people even in the competitive scene that sleep on caltrops is pretty ridiculous honestly even if she's very map dependent.

In my opinion I think juggernaut is one of the best feats since it’s like a revenge but it has 2 downsides here’s what it does: decreases dmg by 50% I think, slows you down makes you interruptible and lastly it’s a tier 4 feat. But that’s my opinion.

I wish warlord would get a feat were he would summon Wolf's like the warlord in campaign :(

Tbh i think the third black prior feat (deleting revenge shield) is a must have. It makes antigank nearly impossible and if your opponent doesnt notice your feat before activating, its basically one "You are already dead" move.

I thought you were going to mention bp healing ward more,with last stand,the bp can become immortal,as you heal back to 25 rlly quickly and ,unless you have a 40 dmg attack or higher, you can't kill the bp with a single attack

Not that i disagreed with your list but it seems too short, the feats you mentioned at the end were more of the type of feats i was thinking about, like haymaker and vorts shield break feat, i think it would be good to get more of those types of feats in aswell

Very coincidental as me and my 3 stack were kinda yelling at our Conq for not running body count just last night. Aside from that, I've been saying for a while that they need a feat rework update to fix and balance all the current feats.

Warden's Thick Blood can be an absolute chore. Nothing is more fun than to fight that with PK or Nobushi.

Phalanx is similar to BP's umbral shelter but is a mapwide buff opposed to a local one. Losing the entire shield in the 10 seconds its granted requires some pretty serious mistakes.

I'd be fine with removing feats entirely. They've made stronger heroes with increased HA and unblockable access. All feats really do (esp with DLC heroes) is further increase the viability differences among certain heroes in the cast as certain heroes just have blatantly better feats than others. Why worry about kit balance AND feat balance...

Very surprised stealth wasn’t brought up. You can’t have status change feats cast against you (marked for death, ect), and throwables without splash like pugio and kunai targeted at you miss if you do literally anything at all. Way too powerful for a T1 IMO.

Gutted by ubisoft. Yeah that would describe heal on block. " oh you parried all four of the opposites at once and have 25 health? No heal for you. Should've blocked them."

I think you overlooked Bounty Hunter. It's a really good feat for survivability in team fights and anti-ganks.

both second wind and healing banner have an animation, during wich the player healing is completely vulnerable to anything you do to him, true you most probably wont stop from healing BUT you can greatly diminish the heal, so tbh i dont see a single problem with both feats(apart from that nailbomb and the other bombs and traps can be set into rubble as such made invisible, so yeah im all for a counter to that) As for umbral shelter, (this is coming from a player with 200 hundred hours so i cant claim to a pro, this is jsut my laymans opinion) Just go on the defensive, same theory as revenge jsut back of and turtle for a bit

on the healing feats, while they are annoying, they are basically mandatory if you are getting ganked or playing breach, as the lack of healing in the later, and the insane amount of damage you take in the former (along with revenge being awful to save you from ganks) make running without them nearly impossible. On Fire flask, it should be banned in comp stuff if second wind or traps are as its objectively OP, it was already slightly more powerful than pre-nerf bombs, just was fewer in number, but since bombs were gutted, its just kept going up in power and no one seems to care, despite it single handily just auto winning teamfights.

Champions aura is amazing for defending on breach

You could argue that Phalanx is as strong as Umbral Shelter, but the difference between them is that Phalanx only lasts like 10x seconds at the max, whereas Umbral can last double that.

Clutchmeister actually considers nuxia a decent pick in certain situations, in no small part due to the caltrops

I think second wind should function like a life steal, a short-ish duration that rewards aggression instead of the opposite. Though I suppose heroes like Tiandi, Shaman, and Shinobi already have abilities like that.

Is morale booster still worth running? I pretty much never bothered to swap it out with something different.

My opinion might be a bit unpopular, but imo t4 feats should be on longer cooldown, but at the same time absolutely devastating. But I agree with the rest. But if second wind gets nerfed and won't cleanse status effects I want another perk that does it, otherwise my will to live will drop dramatically every time I'll fight shaman in 4s :P Also I would love a rework ranged feats, so that they are actually ranged and not "haha point blank longbow"

I only have to say two things: 1. Should devs give Fire Flask to Zhanzu? Because you know, Zhanzu is about burn everything 2. Imo, heal on block should had been Heal on Parry 3. I think shaman shouldn't have Second Wind since she have blood trance, but eh, devs can do what they want and long as it isn't that much over the top

Last Laugh is fine. Just accept that once someone is at renown level 4, you're not allowed to kill them anymore unless you ledge them. It's really fair, actually. You know what? Maybe don't attack them at all. Maybe just stay in spawn until the enemy team wins. It's balanced, really.

I think the feat from black prior, that takes away all shields for the target, is way too strong too because it can take away revenge shields... if there is a bp in ganks you stand no chance, literally...
