Idk how he does it but the best way in my opinion and how I do it, Depending on your church setup is by running Dante virtual capture card and multitracking your band mix that way you can go back and edit it later such as adding EQ, Compression, panning, etc. And also you won’t interfere with anything your Sound Engineer has going on. If your church does not have that gear, neither able to afford it, I would recommend using the Universal Audio Volt 2 which will allow you to run a stereo mix, to just plain out capture your In-Ear mix but you will have to play around with it a lot to get that crisp sound. Whatever you do try to avoid IRig, I beg🤣🙏🏾
