I worked at a Buick/Oldsmobile dealership in 1976. The black seat belts actually indicates that this vehicle was not equipped with the custom deluxe seat belt option. Then they are color keyed. I actually prefer the black belts because the tan ones would have gotten dirty with use and they are impossible to clean.

Not an 18k car. 74k? No power windows? gashes in the paint? Olds made 515,000 cutlasses in 1976. No Cutlass is worth that. Where's the footage of the engine compartment?
