The Sportsman XP 1000 S was designed to handle. Multi-select electric power steering is standard, and the machine has been widened to 55 inches for maximum cornering ability. There are sealed dual A-arms front and rear, the latter featuring rolled independent rear suspension. The design promises a smoother ride. Polaris has worked hard to get the geometries right, and has maximized travel for a total of 11.6 inches up front and 14 at the back. Ground clearance is strong at 14.5 inches, which means riders won’t have to dodge obstacles. This is a seriously strong machine when it comes to handling.
