I hug my pillow and listen to the draftsmen podcast of course! kidding💓 it's best to rationalise this event and call it as it is, it's just a nasty comment thrown around by someone who doesn't wish the best for you it's not really worth a second thought, or your time while it sounds cliché: ~let it go from frozen starts playing~

If it's rude it is not worthy of reply. It says everything about the one who made the comment nothing about the one commented on, by not replying you keep it that way.

There are stuffs that are universally wrong weather it's something extremely minor or extremely major. The most important thing is to be respectable to every single person you encounter so that every single issues can be discussed and solved without everyone being dishonest in order to deffend themselves by hiding truths (hiding truths is the best way to confuse people). Lies and pure hate against those lies are one of major causes that kept people from understanding each others. Discussions are meant to solve problems and not meant as a method to act revenge upon people you dislike to quench one's malice. Any person who confronts some controversial opinions no matter their feeling against it, are the most respectable person on the planet regardless of the topic they would discuss.

People sometimes misinterpret my comments, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt, so I reply. But damn are there some short tempered ass holes out there that want to get offended over everything, or think that I have no right to put in my perspective on something trivial that has nothing to do with them. People just love to fight and when I see they´re just in it for the boxing match, I block and ignore.

I think it is not an appropriate question but can you please tell us , more about doing ( achieving and earning as a person ) because in India mostly we don't have an idea about how should we make living out of art ?

Just do not care what strangers think about you or your art work and it will not be a big deal. Why care what everyone thinks that’s the real problem?! To family and friends who criticize you or your work give them grace people can’t be right all the time! If someone is just being mean make like they are not even there, it’s the kindest thing you can do to ignore their bad behavior. We have no ability to teach them better behavior in that moment. Choose peace and happiness!

What if the character of somebody is being selfless? Ultimately doing things for the good the people they love and those who might be strangers but still human beings anyways, when you can filter things out objectively, manage your times given to each thing you do... if you can do everything, if you've learned how to learn, whatever you do, its *done* your way, with your hands, brain, mistakes, struggles, your ways and every bit that makes you special and different... is there something wrong when you cannot loose yourself no matter what you do? I do things for others because i love everybody... having confidence and freedom of how you make your art is a very helpful thing to it, though it takes putting out your best in each piece, learning as you go and maybe even make up your own ways... getting close up to ideas and knowledge pre existing from other people can get you closer into it aswell... but working alone from that eventually became... inneficent for me and my art... that whole point of self expression in art...

Who has a stake in my success besides me? And how/where do I find these people if I don't have them already? I'm my own worst critic (I'm sure most everyone is familiar with this sentiment).

Good advice. But most often first and second thoughts come without the thinkers permission. So to say just "dont do it" can be a bit too much to expect of people. So keep that concept as a training goal. Work towards that capacity. Lots of methods out there. You're not a failure if you can't just "do it" right away.

Well KZfaq is not allowing people to have certain point of views. So this issue will be like their version of Utopia but without the freedom. Maybe the comments are true you don’t have to respond. That’s the freedom of choice but they should have the freedom to do so unless they call to violence. That’s different
