Hi Lauren, you are one of those KZfaqrs I wish would post more often, but in this latest video, I think you exceeded your usual production values and also delivered a raw, uncompromising and honest view of life in the forest. I feel for you. I am tired of the city and would dearly love to go to the forest. I do have a small cabin at the bottom of my gardem that I could convert to overlook the woods, but I am still in the city and also it would be unlikely I could just be my 'new' self (as I head towards my first whole year on HRT0. Will you be coming back to city life then? I hope, as the title suggests, that you are not the one afraid to start over, but I would totally understand it if that was the case. All the best to you! The first part of this reminds me of a book I have not read yet: After the Ecstacy, the Laundry by Jack Kornfield. Cocooning is nice. I keep worrying that I am hiding rather than staying where I need to be, in stillness, but whenever I am at peace, I feel that this is where I need to be for now, just appreciating existence like a leaf in the stream.

Lauren, so nice to hear from you again. You will never leave the forest. You will carry it with you. You so beautifully describe the trans and spiritual experience. Our journeys are so hard, but we do discover who we are and how that fits in the universe. It takes bravery, strength, time and patience. I am so looking forward to hear about your next chapter.
