Is Blinken really the best the US can do. There is only ONE pathway forward a 2-State Solution where both sides live in security, with dignity, self-determination and self-governance with a functioning civil service, airport, seaport able to trade with its neighbours and the rest of the world in complete freedom for ALL the people of the region. Netanyahu will never accept a one state solution where Israelis, Palestinians and Gazans live in one democratic state because he would have to agree to the return of Palestinian refugees, these refugees can though return to a Palestinian State that Links Gaza and the West Bank; with Blinken heading the talks is it any wonder they have gone nowhere. If Netanyahu and HAMAS do not agree to this future status quo, it must be enforced and policed by the international community to protect Palestinians from the Israelis and Israelis from HAMAS.
