What dark era ??? What hero ??? It's pretty simple. . . Everything is as it needs to be for all of us to do/be what we came here to experience. Once you get that, everything is fine, you just focus on your own stuff and leave everyone else to theirs. . . Easy. . . Enjoy. . .

@@jaivkoltun4948 Yes but no. The in the moment processes still must play out. You can focus on the end product of a building but the in the moment process of building it brick by brick must take place for the building to be complete. Same with heroes and dark eras where the masses have lost their way. You can focus on the end result and that’s it but the in the moment process of the masses being lost and heroes like Gregg Braden providing clarity and guidance must happen on a moment to moment basis for the journey to be completed. I don’t know why you choose to pretend that process doesn’t take place or exist.

I'm not pretending anything. I like some of what Greg presents, but I am my own hero. . . I'm not unaware of what the masses have chosen to go thru here at this time, just like in most other times, I just choose a different path to most, a different world and a different life, my world and the way I live my life is pretty much untouched by most of this, it's all about focus and the purpose you have chosen here. . . There are many worlds that exist here simultaneously, we all have a choice which one we wish to live in, and how we wish to live. . . I suggest you get into Neville Goddard's teachings if you want some advanced ways of being, and having way more fun than most ever will in this so called reality. . . Blessings. . .

@@jaivkoltun4948 Thanks but I already know all there is to know about Neville Goddard and I don’t disagree with you that there are an unlimited amount of realities coexisting simultaneously. I know this stuff. I’m simply explaining that there is a reality happening within these infinite realities where the work must be done and the people within that realm of thinking are doing THAT work. We don’t have to see it and we don’t have to focus on it to become a part of it but it is happening nonetheless. That’s all. Besides that, we can put our attention on the end product and let something else do the work and we don’t necessarily have to be a part of that process. Blessings as well.

Awesome analysis between the heart and brain. That is why most representation of the Christ the heart is exposed in the artifact. When I got betrayed and cheated by my 15 yrs lover, wife my heart was chattered it affected my gut . I was so angry but psychoanalysis , breathing, becoming the best version of myself . I breath everyday conscious of my heart emotions . 2 yrs later today after the worst betrayal of life , i can say ( I am )...Grateful, thankful and blessed...1000%!!

And divorce , break up don't CHEAT .....Betrayal, cheating is devastating some people hit rock bottom others suicide. Love ❤️ is the best....for all!!!

Athletes like to use the term “dialed in” when they feel in touch with their own higher self, and are performing optimally. sometimes if an athlete believes they are dialed in but if they are-in a dysfunctional relationship, and deluding themself, there’s a good chance they’ll hurt themself.

Excellent video. My understanding of what he explained as the three steps for coherence: 1) Close you eyes and make a cross motion at you heart centre (not physically where you heart is but where you feel your heart is) perhaps in the centre of your chest? 2) Slow down your breathing by inhaling with four counts and exhaling with six counts, do that several times. 3) Resonate or project a feeling of gratitude from your heart centre out into the world until you feel the change in your energy…..
