If ever there was a bl id like to see remade, its this one. A lot was lost due to heavy censorship, it makes this version not as good as it could've been. I hope someday it gets a do-over.

As well done as this is, it's still using the heavily censored version. If you look, you can find versions that flesh out the characters and answer your relationship questions. Even in this cut, there's no denying the love between the two is more than bromance.

China is strict with BL so this drama was sadly censored quite a bit. I read that Gong Jun was asked if his kiss in this drama is his first screen kiss which means that these two lead male actors did kiss after all. If only the censorship is lifted and all uncut episodes are NOW shown since Gong Jun is very popular now.

They truly got the title right forbidden love lve watched this whole series from beginning to end 30 or 40 episodes lost count nothing ever happens between them they don't even kiss not once no sex nothing it's sad because it's boring wouldn't recommend it
