I made this today, same day I saw the video, and added the extra cheese you mentioned, imitation lobster instead of crab, and also added two Rae egg yolks. It was fantastic. Added some hot sauce half way through though because it didn't have as much flavor and kick as I wanted but it was good

I loooove this ramen. I actually had some last night, sauteed some shrimp (use the left over juice from the shrimp and seasonings to the ramen too), sausage, and sometimes onions to go in it. Top it off with raw white onion, green onions, and green bell peppers. Add a lil sriracha to give it a boost. Very yummy and filling, do this every now and again if I'm not filling like making a full meal but want protein and veggies in one go. 💞💞
